1. Installation and use of fan
1. Before installation, check all parts of the mine fan. Whether the mechanical parts are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is the same, whether the connection of each part is tight, whether the main mechanical parts such as the impeller, main shaft, and bearings are damaged, whether the transmission group is flexible, etc. If problems are found, they should be repaired and adjusted immediately.
2. When installing, pay attention to check the casing. There should be no tools or sundries in the casing. On some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, some grease or mechanical oil should be applied. The joint surface of the foundation and the air inlet and outlet pipes should be adjusted so that they are naturally consistent. Do not force the connection, let alone add the weight of the pipe to the components of the fan, and pay attention to ensuring the horizontal position of the fan.
3. Installation requirements:
(1) Install according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In order to obtain the rate, it is especially necessary to ensure the gap size between the air inlet and the impeller.
(2) For V-belt transmission, the corresponding grooves of the V-belt of the main shaft and the V-belt of the motor should not be misaligned. After putting on the tape, a cover (self-made by the user) should be installed
(3) When the coupling is driven, the non-concentricity between the main shaft of the fan and the motor shaft, and the non-parallelism at both ends of the coupling shall not exceed 0.05mm.
(4) When installing the regulating door, be careful not to install it backwards, and ensure that the inlet direction is consistent with the direction of rotation of the impeller.
(5) After installation, try to switch the transmission unit to check whether it is too tight or collides with the fixed part. It must be adjusted if it is found to be inappropriate.
4. Trial operation of the fan:
After all the installation is completed, the trial operation can be carried out after the general inspection is passed. In order to prevent the motor from burning due to overload, it must be carried out without load (closing the gate or regulating door in the air inlet duct) when the fan is started and tested. If the condition is good, then gradually open the flue or adjust the door for continuous operation test under full load normal working condition (specified full pressure and flow). The trial operation time of the new installation shall be no less than 2 hours, and the trial operation of the repair installation shall be no less than half an hour. If no abnormal phenomenon occurs, it can be used officially. The power selected by the induced draft fan refers to the power consumption of the self-cooling fan and the amount of reserve that should be added to the mechanical loss under specific working conditions. It is not the power allocated by the fan when the air door is fully opened. Do not open the air door fully (except for pipe resistance). The current should be strictly controlled during operation, and the rated value of the motor should not be exceeded, otherwise the motor will be burned.
2. Maintenance of the fan
In order to ensure the normal operation of the fan and the performance to meet the requirements, the maintenance of the fan must be strengthened.
1. According to the specific conditions of use, regularly remove the dust and dirt inside the fan, especially the blades, and prevent rust.
2. The lubricating oil in the bearing box should be replaced once every six months under normal conditions, except for replacement during machine repair.
3. Always check whether the bearing temperature is normal during operation, and the bearing temperature rise should be less than 40°C.
4. When starting, stopping, or running the fan, if any abnormality is found, it should be overhauled immediately.
5. To ensure personal safety, the maintenance of the fan must be carried out when the machine is stopped.
