EC stands for (Electrical Commutation). An EC fan uses electronic universal frequency conversion technology. With built-in sensors and intelligent chips, it precisely controls rotational speed and air flow output to meet various ventilation and cooling needs. The core of the EC fan is a brushless DC motor, which is composed of a permanent magnet rotor, a multipole winding stator and a position sensor. The motor is designed so that the EC fan does not produce reversing sparks during operation, thus reducing mechanical noise and improving the reliability of the equipment.

EC fan built-in intelligent control module, with RS485 output interface, 0-10V sensor output interface, 4-20mA speed control switch output interface, alarm device output interface and master/slave signal output interface, it uses advanced permanent magnet synchronous motor technology. Compared with traditional AC fans, EC fans have a wider speed range and lower energy consumption.The EC fan adopts electronic control and regulation, usually combined with a driver and a control panel for precise speed control. When adjusted with a driver, by changing the input voltage or current of the EC fan or using a PWM signal, the driver can precisely control the fan's rotational speed. Users can set a specific speed mode or adjust to a specific percentage speed as needed.
