Axial fans operate by rotating their blades at high speed to push air along their axis. They are a common type of industrial ventilation equipment, widely used in applications such as factory ventilation, equipment cooling, cold chain storage, and HVAC systems.
Guard Mounted Axial Fan
This fan model comprises a circular mesh cover, blades, and an external rotor motor with a pure copper coil AC. It is widely used in various applications, including air coolers, food refrigeration and storage, central commercial air conditioning, industrial cooling, and component cooling systems. These fans are typically used as accessories in refrigeration systems and can be directly mounted onto equipment using screws.
As ventilation accessories, guard-mounted axial fans find wide applications in condenser units, cold storage, air conditioning units, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, freeze dryers, electrical control cabinets, generator sets, transformer cooling, and more.

Axial fans are available in two airflow directions: Blowing (B) and Suction (S). In cold storage systems, the Suction type (S) is typically used with indoor evaporator units. Here, the fan draws cold air from the evaporator to facilitate rapid room cooling. Conversely, the Blowing type (B) is commonly employed for outdoor condenser units, where the fan blows air across the condenser to cool it down.
Wall Mounted Axial Fan
Wall-mounted axial flow fans consist of a square panel, fan blades, a motor, and a protective grid. They are commonly used for ventilation and exhaust in factories, warehouses, basements, and gymnasiums. These fans can be directly fixed to the wall with four screws, featuring a compact structure and easy installation, making them space-saving.

Wall-mounted fans are highly versatile due to their customizable components. They can be fitted with blades made of materials like nylon or fiberglass and paired with explosion-proof motors (e.g., BT4 grade) for use in demanding environments such as shipping, oil, and mining.

These fans can also be combined with shutters to create window-mounted units, which are popular for household ventilation. Another common type is the negative pressure fan—designed to remove hot, stagnant air from spaces like livestock barns efficiently.
In summary, wall-mounted fans offer adaptable and practical ventilation solutions across a wide range of industries.
Tube Axial Fan
This type of Cylinder Axial Fan is characterized by its compact, cylindrical housing that encases the motor and impeller (blades). Airflow is generated parallel to the fan's axis (in a straight line), making it highly efficient for moving large volumes of air at low to medium static pressures.
They are often used in the field of pipe ventilation where there are requirements for wind pressure and where air needs to be pushed over long distances.
